Cancellation Policy
Canceling and Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying Salty Kayak Adventures at least 72 hours before their scheduled experience or reservation time. Deposits are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at:

Late Cancellation: Cancellations are considered “late” when the Customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled experience or reservation time. Late cancellations will result in the Customer being charged a fee of $100.
Missed Experiences: If a customer misses their scheduled experience or reservation without canceling or rescheduling, they will be charged 100% of the price of the scheduled experience or reservation.
Booking Fees: Booking Fees are non-refundable.
Deposits (cancellations): Deposits are non-refundable. If no deposit is charged, or an experience is paid in full; the deposit will be valued at 50% of the total cost of the experience.
Deposits (rescheduling): Deposits will be transferred.
Provider Initiated Cancellation: If, for any reason, we must cancel a Customer's scheduled experience or reservation, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule your experience at no additional cost. If we are unable to reschedule you will receive a full refund.
Weather/Water Cancellations: In the event of weather, water or other safety related cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule your experience at no additional cost. If we are unable to reschedule, you will receive a refund. Deposits are non-refundable for weather, water or safety related cancellations.
Refunds: Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
Fee Waiver: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
